We're looking for a Social Media Manager/Social Creative, a true 'maker'. You'll be the engine behind some of the country's best brands, handling everything from community management and 'always-on' content to major campaigns. We need a self-starter who lives in the comments, spots trends, and has the technical skills to turn a phone shot idea into a high performing asset.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead agile content production, including shooting and editing short-form video and stills that stop the scroll.
- Proactively identify emerging memes and cultural shifts, translating them into actionable creative ideas before they peak.
- Oversee the creative lifecycle of social assets, from initial brainstorms and Google Slides decks to final delivery and posting.
- Monitor community sentiment and lead daily interactions with a sharp, human wit that builds relevance and sparks conversation.
- Write and edit sharp, witty, and strategically sound copy tailored to different platforms, from gaming and lifestyle to corporate sectors.
- Act as a primary social point of contact for clients, presenting creative concepts and managing the feedback loop with professional composure.
- Synthesize complex brand pillars into 'snackable' assets that work hard across both consumer and B2B spaces.
Who You Are
- An experienced creative with 3-5 years in a social, editorial, or agency environment and a portfolio that proves you can create social-first content that hits.
- A social native who instinctively knows why content blows up on TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn and why others fail to land.
- Proficient in mobile-first editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.) and always ready to get behind the lens to make ideas happen.
- A sharp writer and storyteller capable of switching tones between gaming, lifestyle, and corporate sectors.
- Platform savvy and technical, comfortable crafting inspiring decks in Google Slides and moving at 'internet speed' across multiple projects.
