We're a fast-growing Commercial Equipment Finance Brokerage working with businesses across construction, transport, mining and heavy industry. We help clients secure funding for trucks, machinery and specialist equipment through an extensive national lender network. This is an opportunity to join a high-performance team early and grow alongside the business.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for a Junior Sales Representative. In this position, you will engage in prospecting and lead generation, build relationships with new and existing clients, and assist in closing sales opportunities. Responsibilities also include understanding client needs, presenting tailored financial solutions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Mako Partners’ services. You will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure an excellent client experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
  • Resilient, motivated, and comfortable with outbound calling
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
  • Sales experience is helpful but not essential. Training provided
  • Ambition to build a long-term career in finance or sales
