The Role

• Welcome guests, manage enquiries, and provide proactive support
• Assist with events, meetings, and VIP visits
• Build strong relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle mail, deliveries, and day-to-day front-of-house needs

About You

• Experienced in a customer-facing role (hospitality, concierge, reception or similar)
• Naturally personable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Confident building relationships and anticipating needs
• Positive, solutions-focused, and adaptable

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, retail, airline, or similar
• Strong service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
