About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in Kemps Creek, NSW. As the face of Motion for strategic customers, you will build strong partnerships, understand operational needs, and drive sales and margin growth across your territory.

This is a field‑based role where you will proactively identify opportunities, strengthen customer retention, and increase share of wallet across industries including Agriculture/Irrigation, Mining, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Waste, and OEM.

What You will be responsible for

  • Own and drive sales and margin performance for your territory.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives.
  • Achieve revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet.
  • Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, taking corrective action where required.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
  • Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across Motion’s full product and service offering.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted partner.
  • Partner with sales, product, service, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.

About you

You are a commercially astute relationship builder with experience managing key accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth.

You bring

  • Experience managing key accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Strong capability in developing and executing account strategies.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives.
  • The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month.
  • Formal business or sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
