Job Description
- Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct client consultations and site visits to assess requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations, proposals, and rental agreements.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their operational needs.
- Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely delivery, installation, and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Provide regular feedback and sales activity reports to management.
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate (essential).
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (advantageous).
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience (B2B or B2C), preferably within logistics, construction, industrial products, or a related sector.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Sound understanding of consultative selling principles.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
