Kettering Health is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our women’s health team at our flagship campus in Dayton, Ohio.
This is a high-acuity hospital-emploted practice supported by Maternal Fetal Medicine, a Level III NICU, and experienced support staff. Physicians practice full-scope OB/GYN with modern resources and a culture centered around physician collaboration.
Both experienced physicians and graduating residents are encouraged to apply.

Practice Structure All deliveries are at one location : Kettering Health Main Campus Four clinics, including one inside the hospital, offer convenient access to Labor & Delivery and the OR. Practice Support 2 Apps

Technology:
Epic EMR Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary with productivity incentives, Quality Compensation, Additional on-call pay,
Sign-on, and moving expense payments.
6 weeks PTO (31 days) +5 CME days with allowance
Employer-paid malpractice (occurrence-based coverage)
PSLF eligible employment
