About the role:

Risk & Compliance Manager supporting the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager – Product & Fiduciary in all Risk & Compliance activities, with an initial focus on the fiduciary business, to ensure appropriate coverage is maintained and service is delivered.

  • Implement and embed PWM's Risk & Compliance Risk Management Framework and associated frameworks, programs, systems, tools and policies.
  • Ensure PWM adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and all products comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritise risks associated with PWM's operations, products & services, regulatory and organisational change, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimise potential impacts.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for new and existing products and services, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies with a focus on the Product, Marketing and Fiduciary business units.

About you:

  • Degree qualified in law, finance or business.
  • 5+ years of financial services experience in compliance or legal roles with asset‑management experience essential, and experience with trusts and fiduciary duties an advantage.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship manager.
  • Confident presenter in front of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to be results‑oriented and drive good stakeholder outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Desire and aptitude to deliver innovative solutions in the delivery of team strategy.
