PT needed for days, mostly M-F occasional Saturday if ortho surgery on Friday for 13 weeks
RADIUS RULE: Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility. Local travelers will not be considered.
CO lic required
2 years experience
BLS
EMR: Meditech
