The Global Head of Employee Communications will architect and activate one coherent 74Software story, aligning SBS and Axway around shared purpose and direction, while respecting distinct brand identities.

In partnership with HR, leadership, transformation teams, and brand stakeholders, this role will ensure that communications actively shape and enhance the overall employee experience, not just inform and tell the story.

Responsibilities

Define & Execute the Global Employee Communications Strategy

  • Develop and implement a unified employee communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Establish messaging pillars and narrative frameworks across the Group.
  • Ensure SBS and Axway express the Group story while maintaining brand distinction.
  • Align communication planning with key moments in the employee lifecycle.
  • The role requires strong expertise in digital communications, leveraging modern platforms and tools to maximize reach, engagement, and impact throughout the organization.

Partner to Co-Create the Employee Experience

  • Work closely with HR, Talent, Marketing, Transformation, and Leadership teams to integrate communications into key employee experience moments (onboarding, performance cycles, change initiatives, leadership engagement).
  • Ensure messaging reinforces culture, values, and strategic priorities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities where communication can improve clarity, engagement, and trust.
  • Embed listening mechanisms to capture employee feedback and inform improvements.
  • Draft and edit high-impact communications (CEO messages, town halls, transformation updates).
  • Act as chief editor for enterprise-level communications.
  • Elevate storytelling quality across all touchpoints.
  • Translate complex strategy into clear, relatable messaging.

Executive & Stakeholder Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders.
  • Coach leaders on authentic communication and storytelling.
  • Partner across functions to ensure alignment and coherence.
  • Balance global consistency with regional and brand nuance.

Lead and Develop a Unified Team

  • Lead a small, integrated global team operating across brands.
  • Define governance and ways of working.
  • Foster collaboration, agility, and high standards.
  • Remain personally involved in priority deliverables.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish clear KPIs for engagement and communication effectiveness.
  • Use feedback and data to refine strategy.
  • Create a culture of listening and adaptation.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional storyteller and writer with experience in a global company
  • Proven experience partnering with HR and business leaders to enhance employee experience.
  • Skilled at navigating complexity and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Digital Communication Expertise
  • Fluent in French & English is essential
