Practice Group Summary

  • Sustainability services include ESG Assessment, Strategy & Implementation, and Communications Advisory.
  • Strategic Communications services include Corporate Communications, Financial and Transaction Communications, Investor Relations, Public Affairs and Campaigns, Crisis and Special Situations, and Research.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Group Chief Commercial Officer (GCCO). This role is critical in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Commercial function through exceptional coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Group Chief Commercial Officer, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and inbox management.
  • Act as a key point of contact, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate executive and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minute‑taking, and tracking of actions and deliverables.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when handling sensitive information.
  • Anticipate the needs of the GCCO and proactively address issues to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the Commercial function.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C‑suite or senior executives, ideally within a fast‑paced or corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, competing priorities, and high‑volume workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong experience preparing executive‑level presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused, and able to work autonomously with minimal direction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift.
  • Willingness to support occasional travel coordination and work outside standard hours when required.
