Role Overview
Goodbyes is seeking a senior Communications & Learning Content Lead to own and elevate learning content and business communications.
This role ensures learning materials and communications are clear, consistent and engaging, with a tone of voice that supports effective communication across all platforms.
Working closely with founders and department heads, the role balances strategic direction with hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
GB University & Learning Content
- Complete the development of learning content and training materials
- Finalise the structure, quality and readiness of learning content for use
Tone of Voice & Brand Communications
- Refine and document GB’s tone of voice
- Ensure consistent application across all brand communications
- Review and update copy across: website, social media, marketing and print materials (as required) and Internal communications and platforms.
- Develop and improve service messaging for Goodbyes
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in communications, content strategy, copywriting or related roles
- Demonstrated experience developing and optimising learning and training materials
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple formats
- Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capability
