About Us:
We’re The Berry General Store, a café, bar and restaurant in the small rural town of Berry. We serve great coffee and food through the day, then shift into dinner service and cocktails at night. We’re a small, hands‑on team who care about good hospitality, great energy, and looking after our locals and visitors.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident and reliable Hospo All Rounder and Bartender to join the team. Someone who’s confident moving between the floor and bar, thrives in a busy service, and takes pride in creating a great experience for every guest.
You’ll be across everything from taking orders and running food to mixing cocktails, pouring wine, and having a chat with regulars. If you love variety and enjoy being part of a tight‑knit team, this role is for you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid hospo experience in café, bar, or restaurant settings
- Confident with basic cocktails and general beverage knowledge
- RSA certificate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, positive, and happy to get stuck in when it’s busy
- Available for a mix of daytime and night shifts, including weekends
