Looking for your next big challenge? This is a chance to join one of Australia & New Zealand’s fastest growing retail groups, a business with 900+ stores, 30+ online platforms, and some of the most loved lifestyle and fashion brands in the market. We are on the lookout for an Application Project Lead – Retail.

This group doesn’t stand still. They are bold, innovative, and obsessed with delivering better experiences for customers and teams alike. If you’re ready to bring order to chaos, keep big projects moving, and thrive in a pacey environment, this role has your name written all over it.

Why you’ll love it

You will sit at the centre of business‑critical projects that touch stores, products, pricing, and customer‑facing tech. You will work across multiple brands, collaborate with smart people, and see your work land in the real world. No two days will look the same, which is half the fun.

Onsite at the group’s Richmond office, you will be close to decision makers and plugged into a genuinely pacey environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing multiple projects end to end, from discovery right through to post launch
  • Owning project lifecycles, timelines, risks, and scope, while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Running meetings, workshops, and WIPs that actually get results
  • Creating clear documentation including business cases, risk plans, and status updates
  • Partnering with cross‑functional teams and vendors to deliver on time and at pace
  • Adapting quickly in an industry that never sits still
  • Helping balance structure and speed, keeping projects under control without slowing the business down
  • Onsite at the team’s Richmond office, surrounded by some of the group’s most creative and collaborative leaders.

What you bring

  • 5+ years leading projects in retail ( retail systems experience is a must )
  • A confident multitasker who can juggle priorities with ease
  • Comfortable flexing between Agile and Waterfall
  • Strong communication chops and natural stakeholder management skills
  • Good grasp of risks, dependencies, and how changes impact different parts of the business
  • Confident communicator who can work with both technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders
  • “Roll up your sleeves” mindset, happy to pitch in on analysis, process, and documentation where needed
  • A bit of healthy risk tolerance, comfortable owning outcomes in a fast‑moving environment
  • A solutions‑first mindset and “make it happen” energy
  • Happy to work without a dedicated BA, you roll your sleeves up

What’s in it for you

  • Be part of a culture built on collaboration, adaptability, and fresh ideas
  • Work closely with supportive leaders who are happy to back someone with potential, not just a long PM title
  • Grow with a business that is constantly evolving and expanding
  • Access future career opportunities across a wide retail network
  • Generous product discounts on full‑price shoes and apparel
  • Discounted gym memberships to support health and wellbeing
  • Corporate health insurance rates with Bupa (AU) and Southern Cross (NZ)
  • Paid parental leave program, including primary caregiver leave and partner leave
  • Novated leasing options for new vehicles
