What You’ll Be Doing:
Join us as a Business Development Manager and take the lead in growing Dulux and Nippon’s presence in the Commercial Vehicle and Automotive markets across SA/WA. You’ll build strong relationships with CV applicators, OEMs, and distributors to boost brand loyalty, convert competitive users, and unlock new business opportunities. Drive growth by promoting Dulux specifications, coaching distributor teams, and expanding our Auto Refinish network. You’ll also develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts, ensuring both safety and commercial success.

What We’re Looking for:
- Proven ability to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of building and managing business relationships.
- Solid knowledge of automotive products and refinish systems (spray painting experience highly regarded).
- Exceptional time management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in sales or automotive environments.
