Dealership Accountant | Premium Vehicle Brands | Start‑Up Environment
Our client has recently opened two (2) new vehicle dealership sites, selling an exciting range of premium vehicle brands which were launched into the Australian market in 2025. They are seeking an experienced Dealership Accountant to manage the Accounting / Payroll and Administration functions for both the Springwood and Brisbane CBD sites.
This is a hands‑on role in a true start‑up dealership environment, working closely with the Dealer Principal to guide financial decision‑making and establish best‑practice accounting systems from day one.
You’ll manage end‑to‑end dealership accounting including vehicle deals, stock control, floorplan finance, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. You’ll also play a key role in building processes, improving systems, and supporting business growth.
Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of vehicle deals, stock, floorplan finance & registrations
- Confident handling AP/AR, payroll & reconciliations
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Experience with DMS systems (Titan experience highly regarded)
- Be part of building a premium vehicle dealership from the ground up
