Are you a driven recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments? We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading retail organisation on a 6‑month contract, supporting end‑to‑end recruitment and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and guide hiring decisions.
- Enhance the candidate experience and ensure smooth processes.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in high‑volume or retail recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
