Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Michigan requiring at least two years of ER experience and current MI RN license.

Responsibilities

• Position located in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Patient population includes all ages in an acute care environment
• Night and weekend shifts may be assigned based on departmental needs
• No local candidates will be considered; a 100-mile radius restriction applies
• Candidates may request up to 5 days of time off, and all scheduling requests must be made prior to consideration
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality emergency care
• Assignment open only to non-local travel nurses based outside the 100-mile facility radius
• Must provide copies of all certifications and licensure for consideration

Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC required (AHA preferred where specified)
• Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred
