What this role is all about
This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and grow Lucid’s Fire Services capability in Western Australia. As Fire Services Discipline Lead, you’ll provide technical leadership, guide complex project delivery, and play a key role in building a high‑performing, connected team. You’ll balance hands‑on technical expertise with strategic input, partnering closely with clients, project leaders, and national discipline peers to support Lucid’s continued growth in WA.
How you’ll contribute day‑to‑day
- Lead fire services design across a range of complex building and infrastructure projects
- Provide technical direction, review, and quality assurance for fire services deliverables
- Mentor and develop fire engineers, supporting capability growth and succession planning
- Collaborate with national discipline leaders to align standards, tools, and best practice
- Build strong relationships with clients, authorities, and project partners
- Contribute to business development, tenders, and strategic growth initiatives in WA
