The Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a FULL TIME Supervisor for our service area and a Section Lead for our amazing Grocery department, who are outgoing, hardworking and ambitious and wish to share our vision of reconnecting people to the joys of food!

  • Provide excellent customer service and address the needs of customers and your team.
  • Surprise and delight customers with consistent, delicious food.
  • Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
  • Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
  • Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case.
  • Maintain back stock in good order.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well‑organised working and shopping environment.
  • Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean and appealing.
  • Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures.

Skills & Attributes

  • Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with customers.
  • Team player – coordination is key as working together is imperative for success.
  • Flexible availability – it’s a busy shop across 7 days.
  • Previous supervisory experience within food retail is highly regarded.
  • Fork lift experience would be an advantage.

Work Hours & Benefits
