We’re looking for enthusiastic, professional and flexible individuals to be part of the team delivering the iconic Melbourne Cup Carnival at Flemington Place.

We're Hiring!

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

What you’ll bring

3–5 years’ experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency).
A killer portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print.
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, and experience using Monday.com a plus.
Experience with Figma or Sketch; HTML/CSS or motion design is a plus.
Excellent layout, typography, and storytelling instincts.

A positive, collaborative attitude and a love of creative problem-solving.
