What you will do

  • Develop and refine content strategies that align with brand voice, compliance standards, and marketing goals across email, SMS, push, and web.
  • Write, edit, and optimize content using AI tools like ChatGPT, with a strong focus on clarity, empathy, and email deliverability best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, tech, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive, compliant, and visually aligned messaging.
  • Manage content creation workflows using tools like Figma, ensuring all assets meet brand, regulatory, and strategic standards.
  • Monitor and optimize performance through A/B testing, KPI tracking, and continuous message refinement.

How you are qualified

  • 4-5+ years of copywriting experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or collections.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing best practices
  • Proficiency with publishing and design tools (Figma or similar), CMS platforms, and email analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance content quality, efficiency, and relevance.
  • Strong writing, editing, and QA skills with the ability to balance creativity, empathy, and strategic messaging in consumer-facing communications.
  • Portfolio or writing samples is highly preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small creative team and adapt to evolving content strategies
  • Knowledge compliance standards (e.g., FDCPA, GDPR), and the financial services or consumer lending landscape is highly preferred.
