What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Asset and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance schedules, asset registers, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients/contractors to keep our facilities and equipment in optimal condition. Based from our Brisbane Office this role is pivotal to our onsite operational success.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities across all sites equipment, plant and facilities;
- Maintain and update asset registers and ensure accurate documentation;
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime;
- Track maintenance costs and assist with budgeting and reporting;
- Liaising with and manage contractors/suppliers to schedule repairs and servicing;
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations;
- Support audits and inspections related to assets and facilities.
To be successful, you will possess/be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in asset management or maintenance coordination position;
- Experience working with multiple live sites within commercial and construction environments;
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Qualifications in Facilities Maintenance/Management or a trade is advantageous
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and safety regulations.
- Drivers Licence
- Construction White Card
