Accounts Payable Officer

This role is based in our Sydney HQ and reports to the Finance Manager. You’ll play a key part in managing our global Accounts Payable function across multiple regions and currencies — helping scale our finance operations as EHPlabs continues its rapid international growth.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and is passionate about creating smart, streamlined systems that keep the business moving efficiently.

About EHPlabs

We’re a global leader in health and wellness, known for iconic, best‑selling products like OxyShred. With a digital‑first model, cult‑like community, and explosive growth across APAC, North America, and the UK, EHPlabs is shaping the future of functional nutrition and performance supplements.

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage the global Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing across all regions
  • Oversee the AP mailbox and workflow routing of vendor invoices to meet payment deadlines
  • Process and code invoices in NetSuite, including purchase order and goods receipt matching
  • Run and reconcile weekly domestic and international payment batches
  • Lead monthly vendor reconciliations, proactively resolving issues with speed and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to manage freight, 3PL, and landed cost invoices
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints and accelerate the AP cycle
  • Prepare AP‑related journals, accruals, and reconciliations as part of month‑end close
  • Ensure compliance with GST, VAT, and internal controls across all AP workflows
  • Support broader finance projects and intercompany reconciliations as the business scales globally

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) roles
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
  • Proven success in process automation and workflow optimisation
  • Strong reconciliation, data accuracy, and vendor management skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to deliver under pressure
  • A collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships across finance and non‑finance teams
  • A passion for efficiency, continuous improvement, and accuracy in everything you do

Nice to have

  • Exposure to multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments
  • Background in eCommerce, FMCG, or global supply chain industries
  • Familiarity with landed cost accounting, GST treatment, and intercompany AP/AP eliminations
  • Be part of a global, high‑performance brand that’s redefining fitness and wellness
  • Work alongside driven, passionate professionals in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Competitive salary + benefits package
  • Opportunity to shape processes, drive innovation, and grow your career as we continue our international expansion
