Associate Territory Manager - Foot & Ankle
At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Foot & Ankle team in Brisbane. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn the clinical side of the business, support surgeons in theatre and develop the skills to grow your own territory over time.
You’ll be joining a passionate, collaborative team and supported by a Territory Manager who values teamwork, communication and ongoing development. You’ll receive extensive product and clinical training, but you’ll need to bring curiosity, high energy and a self‑driven approach to learning quickly.
What you’ll do:
- Support surgeons in theatre during Foot & Ankle procedures.
- Provide clinical and technical guidance across your hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre teams.
- Work closely with your Territory Manager on business planning and execution.
- Identify opportunities to grow the Foot & Ankle portfolio.
- Deliver education sessions and product training to hospital staff.
- Manage instruments, stock and case preparation across your territory.

- Sales or healthcare experience is an advantage, but full training is provided.
