Overview
Sales Representative Rental Division – Trade & Engineering Background. Location: Ravensworth, NSW (within 1-hour commute from Newcastle). Salary: $115 – 120 k + Super + Fully expensed car, Commission.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high-quality service and profitable outcomes.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through cold and warm outreach.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and execution to maximise territory growth.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, provide expert advice, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all sales, delivery, and invoicing processes are completed efficiently.
- Share leads and collaborate across regions to drive national business growth.
About You
- Trade or engineering background with hands-on experience in technical or industrial power and cooling solutions.
- Demonstrated B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial machinery or equipment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work autonomously while collaborating with a wider team.
- Passionate about safety, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Able to commute within 1 hour of Ravensworth.
