Flexibility across North or South of the River caseloads with a mix of community and clinic‑based work, tailored to your experience, interests, and preferred working hours.
The Opportunity
Seeking a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team. Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians, with supervision and mentoring from a Director with 15+ years’ experience as an Exercise Physiologist.
Caseload & Locations
South of the River
- Approximately 50% NDIS, with the remainder a mix of Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation, and private clients
- Combination of community and clinic‑based work
- Suitable for Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
North of the River
- Joondalup: Predominantly private caseload with a strong focus on spinal rehabilitation
- Warwick: More mixed caseload
- Preferably full‑time Exercise Physiologist (part‑time considered)
- Mix of community and clinic‑based work
Physiotherapist‑Specific Details
- Mix of clinic and community caseload
- Strong internal mentoring and professional development support
Exercise Physiologist‑Specific Details
- Preferably full‑time, part‑time considered $70,000–$80,000 + super + PD allowance + bonus
- Strong internal mentoring and professional development support
What’s on Offer
- Salary range: $70,000–$100,000, depending on experience and discipline
- 17% annual leave loading on top of base salary
- Bonus structure available for clinicians who meet individual billable thresholds
- Not KPI‑heavy – quality of care and meaningful client outcomes are prioritised
- Strong administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work
- Visa sponsorship considered for suitable candidates
Onboarding & Support
- Structured onboarding with up to 4 weeks with no caseload
- Shadowing, systems training, and supported ramp‑up
- Ongoing supervision and mentoring, particularly for new graduates
About You
- AHPRA‑registered Physiotherapist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Open to new graduates and experienced clinicians
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working across clinic and community settings
