Description

12‑month fixed‑term contract starting at the end of January / beginning of February 2026.

Job Purpose

As a Designer, you will create engaging designs that spark conversations between people and brands. You’ll work within a team of strategists, designers and copywriters to deliver impactful designs that fulfil client briefs and showcase DEPT®’s standard of Design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a brief from start to finish.
  • Contribute innovative ideas in creative briefs.
  • Create high‑quality design work.
  • Source images and art‑work digitally.
  • Develop rich visual content for owned channels (onsite, app, e‑mail).
  • Strive to create work that advances client business goals.
  • Stay current with design and marketing trends.
  • Grow from constructive feedback.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Takes accountability for flawless design output.
  • Deliver work on time and within scheduled timeframes.
  • Design small animations for digital assets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with industry‑standard design frameworks such as Figma.
  • Self‑driven and resourceful.
  • Strong eye for layout, typesetting and retouching.
  • Great teammate who supports colleagues.
  • Organised with attention to detail.
  • Desire to embrace new skills and challenges.
  • Motion and 3D experience is a plus.
