Level 1 and 2 Support role based in HOBART

Our Client
Small and friendly Team (currently working hybrid from home mixing with on-site office visits (CBD) moving to 4/1 or 3/2 WFH options in the New Year. Lots of experience in the broader Team to learn with and from.
Tech Environment
- Cloud based Manage Engine HelpDesk and Ticketing management Software,
- MS based Applications (Azure)
- Printers / Scanners / other Hardware (occasional)
- Solid call rate with quality internal clients and (external) off site Users
Skills Needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and understanding
- Ability to Analyse complex Problems and Information
- Solid or good understanding of Azure Enterprise Software Configuration
- Skilled at working on or escalating multiple concurrent Project Tickets and tasks
- Team-oriented
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Understanding and knowledge on how to create Documentation for Processes and Systems
- Some knowledge of relevant Software and Operating Systems e.g. Office365 including MS SQL, MSProject and VISIO
- Introductory Programming experience nice to have
- Need 100% Communication Skills, friendly and fun personality
