Access Covers Australia, a leading supplier to the Building & Construction Industry is currently experiencing significant growth and as such is offering a great opportunity to join our team at Tullamarine as our National Marketing Manager. This will be a full‑time role Monday to Friday.
This is an exciting role that'll see you able to make a huge impact on the industry and be at the forefront of success for Access Covers Australia.
We're looking for someone who will:
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that align with our business goals and take our game to the next level.
Collaborate with our sales team and other departments to develop content and collateral.
Keep a finger on the pulse when it comes to trends in marketing and know how to implement them in a way that's tailored to our niche.
Drive our digital presence, running our ongoing efforts online. You'll be leading our website and social media presence.
Analyze performance of campaigns and all marketing efforts and report on findings.
Generate high quality marketing leads through email campaigns, our website, and paid ads, including LinkedIn Ads.
Create and maintain high quality marketing data, taking our database of marketing contacts to the next level, nurture leads through all stages of the buying funnels.
Liaise with external resources and contracted agencies and team members.
Provide ROI (Return on investment).
Promote ACA brand nationally and in time international.
About you:
2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role
Have a tertiary qualification in Marketing and a passion for all things marketing.
You have the ability to understand and communicate with different demographics.
Self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude and willing to take initiative.
You're the kind of person to notice a misaligned text box on a presentation and have the innate need to fix it. Attention to detail is key.
Experience with managing social media accounts, including Facebook and LinkedIn
You appreciate a good, clean layout (and know how to produce your own)
You are driven by success and want to be the best.
You love a spreadsheet as much as you love a well formatted PowerPoint document - and you have skills using Microsoft Office.
Experience using Google Analytics, Trends and Search Console.
Experience in running Google Ads and PPC campaigns across social media.
