Assistant Property Manager – CBRE Asia Pacific
Join the team at CBRE Asia Pacific in Perth, Western Australia. The role involves managing a dynamic mixed‑use precinct in the Perth CBD and working with owners, occupiers and operational staff to ensure strong relationships and sound financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and cost‑effective operational management of the precinct.
- Directly liaise with owners, occupiers and operational personnel.
- Manage tenancy and lease administration, including lease compliance and fixed and CPI review implementation in accordance with lease provisions.
- Develop and manage policies and procedures aligned with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements.
- Prepare cash‑flow budgets, analysis and forecasting of retail performance.
- Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Property‑related qualification or proven experience in retail or commercial property management.
- Experience in managing commercial and retail assets.
- Strong lease administration and renewal negotiation experience.
- Customer‑focused approach with effective communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Strong financial acumen related to cash‑flow budgets, income and expenditure.
- Open driver’s licence and Real Estate Registration preferred.
