WhatYou'll Do
You’llbe hands-on across bump-in to bump-out and everything in between. You’ll alsobe a technical leader onsite, mentoring junior crew and helping us deliverexceptional events every time.
Audio
- You’ll be hands-on mixingand managing audio with top-tier equipment from L-Acoustics, AVID, DiGiCo,Shure, and more, leading your team to deliver exceptional sound everytime. Ready to turn up the volume for every event?
- You’ll program and operatestunning lighting setups using premium brands like Robe, Martin, GLP,Ayrton, and GrandMA, while leading your crew to make every event shine.Ready to light up the stage with us?
Video
- You’ll lead live videoproductions using world-class gear like ROE, Brompton, Barco, andDisguise, managing LED and vision systems while mentoring your team. Readyto bring your vision into the spotlight?

Toexcel in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven end-to-end experiencein the live event industry.
- Operate and support audio,lighting and video systems using industry-leading gear and acting as TechLead when required.
- Experience leading crews andmentoring team members.
- A safety-first approach andstrong WHS understanding.
- Qualifications in LiveProduction or equivalent experience (a bonus, not essential).
