About the role

Due to the rapid growth of our Sydney office, we have an opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join us. In this role, you will be supporting 2 Directors and their legal teams. This varied role will see you building great relationships with the teams you’re supporting and providing broad administrative support, including:

  • billing
  • managing the Directors’ diaries as well as their team’s diary, emails and travel
  • liaising with clients

Please note, law students are not encouraged to apply for the role unless they intend on pursuing a long term career in legal support (i.e. not as a lawyer) and are available to work full time.

Qualifications

  • an exceptional work ethic
  • initiative, flexibility and positive attitude
  • high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • familiarity with legal practice software, including NetDocs and Affinity (helpful, not essential)
