Practice Manager – Full Time

This role involves leading a small practice team, including front‑of‑house and reception responsibilities. Join us on a 13‑month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily practice operations and support staff development
- Drive exceptional patient care and satisfaction
- Oversee rosters, stock, compliance, and reporting
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and practice profitability
- Support marketing initiatives and new patient growth
- Collaborate with clinicians to uphold high standards of care
- Reception and front‑of‑house responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dentistry with team leadership or management responsibilities
- Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to run day‑to‑day practice operations
- Track record in driving business performance, sales, and meeting KPIs
- Confident with front desk systems, administration, and MS Word/Excel
- Experience with dental software (desirable, not essential)
