The Role:

We are seeking a newly created role for a Digital Marketing Lead, reporting to our Head of Marketing. Your goal is to own the digital ecosystem and grow eGuarantee’s brand and generate demand. You will own the strategy and delivery of our paid digital media campaigns, social, and website channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

To succeed, you’ll need to be a self‑starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats and the hustle of a start‑up, testing new ideas, and shaping your own space – always looking for optimisations and improvements. Success in this role will be measured by lead volume and quality, campaign ROI, and growth in website conversions.

What you’ll own:

  • Demand Generation: Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across META (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other search and display networks to drive lead generation and customer acquisition in collaboration with our agencies.
  • Website Marketing & Management: Manage and update our WordPress website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and optimised for conversion.
  • Create and publish content, landing pages, and lead‑generation forms to help move prospects through the funnel.
  • Implement and optimise SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, high‑quality content for paid ads, social media, and the website that resonates with our target audience. This includes finding stories, engaging with our customers and partners to collaborate on content and always leveraging relevant industry conversations.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar. Provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. sales and product) to align messaging and campaigns with business goals. Explore and test emerging marketing trends and tools.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 2‑4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a small company, start‑up, or growth environment. Bonus industry experience in finance, insurance, B2B space.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven success running Digital ads via channels like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing). Experience with other paid channels is a plus (native, Yahoo, programmatic, etc.).
  • Website & CMS Skills: Comfortable managing and updating WordPress, creating landing pages, and publishing blog content with an eye for design and conversion. SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Content creator: Ability to create engaging narratives and visual briefs for social and digital campaigns.
  • Self‑Starter: Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and taking initiative to test and learn, pivoting with the market as new opportunities arise.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data‑driven approach to campaign optimisation and reporting.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Figma), or Salesforce CRM or marketing automation systems (Customer.io, Marketo, Braze).
