Human Resources and Workforce Coordinator

Right at Home – Goldfields Grampians Murray (GGM)
Permanent Part-Time (3 days per week, hours negotiable, including flexible school hours)

About the Role

Right at Home GGM is growing, and we’re seeking a highly organised Human Resources & Workforce Coordinator to support our expanding care team.

In this role, you’ll be the link between our people and leadership – managing recruitment, HR compliance, rostering, and staff support. If you’re a people person who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate staff rosters and ensure client shifts are filled
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with Fair Work, police checks, and registrations
  • Support staff training, development, and performance tracking
  • Provide HR and workforce support to managers and carers
  • Assist with HR administration, payroll preparation, and backfill admin when required

Qualifications

HR qualification and equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

  • HR, recruitment, or rostering experience (health/aged care desirable)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and modern awards
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • HR qualification or equivalent experience preferred
