Graduate Occupational Therapist - Western Australia
Join Everyday Independence for our graduate program that will launch your career in community disability practice. The cohort will begin in February 2026.
Employment type: Full time or Part time (4 days per week). Salary: $77,200 – $80,104 per annum plus annual leave loading, superannuation, vehicle options, mobile, laptop, and potential salary boost up to $10,000.
Location: Choose a hub near you – we have graduate positions open in Joondalup, West Perth, Rockingham.

The Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program is designed to help you transition from student to a confident clinician. You’ll receive mentorship, supervision, continuous learning and professional development, and a values‑driven culture.

- Deliver evidence‑based therapy in environments that matter most to participants – homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.

What You’ll Need
- A recently completed Occupational Therapy degree and current (or pending) AHPRA registration.
- Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to work in community settings.
