The Role
As our full‑time Graphic Designer, you will play a central role in executing creative assets for our expanding portfolio of property developments. This is a hands‑on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Project Marketing Manager, Project Marketing Coordinators, and our other Brand Graphic Designers to ensure all materials are delivered on time and on brand. While your core work focuses on driving sales through high‑quality project marketing assets, you will also contribute to the evolution of the GVG corporate brand to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Marketing – Design and deliver high‑quality assets for property campaigns, including brochures, floorplans, sales collateral, signage, and advertising materials.
- Digital & Content Creation – Create engaging visual assets for digital channels, including EDMs, web banners, and short‑form video content (Reels/social).
- Brand Consistency – Maintain the GVG visual identity across corporate and project brands, managing version control and our central asset library.
- Collaboration – Liaise with the marketing team, and external suppliers (printers, media agencies) to refine concepts and execute deadlines.
- Website Management – Utilize WordPress knowledge to make necessary updates to the GVG website.
About You
We are looking for a senior designer with a "growth mindset" who is ready to produce professional, high‑quality materials. You should possess the following:
- Experience – A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design with a minimum of 5+ years in a design role.
- Technical Mastery – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) is essential.
- Digital Savvy – Skills in video editing for social media and a working knowledge of WordPress are highly valued.
- Production Knowledge – A strong understanding of preparing press‑ready artwork and coordinating with printers and signage suppliers.
- Organizational Skills – The ability to juggle multiple deadlines across concurrent projects with exceptional attention to detail.
