Remuneration: $38.51 - $54.94 per hour

Role Overview
Step into a dynamic and rewarding role as Dietitian within the Allied Health Directorate, where your expertise will make a meaningful impact within the district. Deliver high quality, evidence-based Nutrition and Dietetics Services to adult and paediatric inpatients, outpatients and staff of the NBMLHD.
Responsibilities
- Provide dietary assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans for adult and paediatric patients.
- Deliver clinical dietetic care in inpatient acute care settings and paediatrics.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff.
- Participate in nutrition related quality improvement projects focused on clinical patient care.
- Maintain accurate food service records and utilize diet office/food service IT systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligible for full membership of Dietitians Australia.
- Up-to-date knowledge and skills in nutrition and dietetic practice, including inpatient acute care and paediatrics.
- Current experience as a clinical dietitian with postgraduate experience in a hospital setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a high‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- High‑level computer skills, including experience with Diet Office/food service IT systems.
- Experience in nutrition‑related quality improvement projects.
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work‑purpose travel.
