We’re thrilled to announce the opening for a Commercial Finance Junior Analyst (VIE), reporting to the Senior Commercial Analyst. In this role, you will support the Commercial Finance & Excellence team and the wider Finance organisation across Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand by maintaining key commercial finance tools, analysing sales and revenue performance, and ensuring the accuracy of commercial data across systems.

Your contribution will play a key role in enabling informed commercial decision‑making, supporting revenue management processes from forecasting to performance tracking, and strengthening collaboration between Finance, Sales, and Key Account teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of 3rd party data, including wholesaler depletion, Key Account SOH and scan data from our e‑business partners into the relevant system and ensure accuracy.
  • Support the analysis and validation of commercial contracts and measure account compliance.
  • Maintain the account master data in our CRM system, ensuring industry syndicated updates are implemented.
  • Business‑partner with the Key Accounts Team for product submission documentation.
  • Provide analysis on revenue performance.
  • Prepare and review the sales performance content for business reviews.
  • Ensure commercial data is available, accurate and aligned across systems.
  • Provide 1st‑level system support to end users.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc projects to support the Commercial Finance team in developing business tracking and market performance analysis tools.
  • Assist with the budgeting process and any additional projects based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree, with a foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles (e.g. P&L, cash flow, and how Finance supports the business).
  • Prior exposure to Finance, Accounting, or related business functions, through internships, placements, or academic projects, is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Anaplan, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with clear, professional communication skills.
