The venue features massive bistro volume, extensive bar operations, family entertainment, and a bustling gaming room. This role demands a very experienced operator who can juggle the demands of a high‑traffic tourist destination while maintaining the heart of a community local.
A Day In The Life Of a Publican
- You know the locals by name, while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like it’s your own modern‑day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
- You’re the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high‑performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
Inherent Requirements
- The role involves manual handling and lifting (moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
- Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
- You have the experience, presence, and pride to own a pub like it’s yours forever.
