About The Role

This role falls under our premium brand, SHOWPONY, and we are looking for a Sales & Education Consultant to join us full-time.

Are you passionate about sales, education, and the beauty industry? Showpony Hair Extensions is looking for a dynamic Sales & Education Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with travel required to salons and education sessions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Education & Account Management
- Develop and execute education plans for key accounts.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance salon expertise and product engagement.
- Drive sales of Starter Packages for new and existing clients.
Sales & Business Development
- Perform outbound sales calls and prospect new business within a 2‑hour travel radius.
- Strengthen client relationships and grow revenue within your territory.
Team Training & Administration
- Train and support freelance educators biannually.
- Submit weekly progress reports on sales and education activities.
What You Bring:
Sales and education experience in the hair industry (hairdressing background preferred).
A strong network in salons and passion for premium haircare.
Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
