About the Role

• Assess luxury brand customer experiences in‑store or online, providing critical feedback.
• Perform multiple missions per month; each in‑store visit takes approximately 20 minutes.
• Frequent opportunities to collaborate with prestigious brands worldwide.

• Choose assignments that align with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home.
• Observe and assess ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback via questionnaires on our platform.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands.
• Punctual, organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required.
