Business Development Manager

Working with a dedicated SDR, this role will have visibility, autonomy, and impact. You’ll be shaping partnerships, and driving meaningful change across the aged care and healthcare sector. Key responsibilities
- Owning and growing your territory with a clear, strategic focus on high‑value opportunities
- Hunting and winning new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
- Leading consultative, value‑based sales conversations with senior decision‑makers
- Creating tailored commercial proposals and confidently negotiating outcomes
- Closing deals and partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long‑term success
- Keeping a strong, well‑managed pipeline with disciplined CRM and forecasting
- Bringing market insights and customer feedback back into the business to influence direction
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B solution or software sales
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, or health technology (essential)
- A strong consultative sales approach and the confidence to engage at executive level
- Proven success hitting targets and moving deals through the full sales cycle
- Energy, drive, and a genuine interest in using technology to improve outcomes
