We’re looking for Safety Graduates to start their career journey in our Utilities and Construction business units.

Working at both office and site-level, our Safety Graduates assist with the implementation and maintenance of Health and Safety processes and initiatives; as well as assist our operational teams with site safety support and tasks. This helps to achieve health and safety targets, manage critical risks and improve safety awareness.

About you

Joining our team as a Safety Graduate, you will help us construct and maintain the transport infrastructure that connects and enhances the lives of communities across Australia. Delivering these exciting projects is no small task, but the lasting legacy they leave is big and tangible.

To be eligible, you must

  • Have a valid right to work in Australia
  • Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be due to complete your studies before February 2027
  • Achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 out of 100.
