We’re looking for a bubbly and motivated Account Manager with agency experience and hands-on skills in Meta & Google Ads. Be the first point of contact for our clients, help deliver results, and grow with us — with the potential for a profit share bonus as our agency expands.

The Role
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the friendly, proactive point of contact for our clients. You’ll build strong relationships, ensure campaigns run smoothly, and work closely with our team to deliver results.
? Hybrid role: Based at our Condell Park office, working 3 days in-office and 2 days from home once fully onboarded.?️ Training period: During the first 3 months, you’ll work full-time in-office to get up to speed with our clients, processes, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Be the first point of contact for all client communication.
- Provide weekly updates, monthly performance meetings, and quarterly reviews.
- Prepare reports and deliver insights.
- Monitor campaign milestones to ensure projects stay on track.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients.
- Direct campaign execution across paid media, CRM, and landing pages.
- Liaise with our designers, creators, video editors, and technical team.
- Provide guidance on ad copy and creatives (no design required, but strong input expected).
- Give feedback to ensure high-quality work is delivered.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- A bubbly personality and positive attitude.
- Based in Sydney, able to commit to the initial 3 months in-office before moving to hybrid.
- Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools (a plus, not essential).
