Our client, a trusted community-based organisation supporting older Italian Australians, is seeking a Project Coordinator – Aged Care to join their dedicated team.
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, empathetic, and compliance-driven Project Coordinator to support the delivery of aged care programs and ensure services meet the highest standards of care.
- Oversee day-to-day aged care program operations
- Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, funding agreements, and healthcare plans
- Monitor service delivery and report on quality outcomes
- Liaise with clients, families, staff, and external providers
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate service referrals
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in aged care, community services, or project coordination
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, compliance, and healthcare planning
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A compassionate and community-minded approach
- Fluency in Italian is highly desirable
