This Service Delivery Coordinator position is with Hays Recruitment and is based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.
Our Hays Brisbane CBD office is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our internal Service Delivery team with a focus on background checks. This is a full‑time permanent role that commences immediately.
Responsibilities
- Process Eligibility to Work and Criminal Record Checks with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage Health & Safety modules and provide daily client updates on check statuses
- Collaborate with account managers to meet client‑specific requirements
- Liaise with the robotics/automation team to manage bot‑driven processes
- Maintain high service standards for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely responses to queries and meet SLA commitments
- Reconcile invoices and manage the Background Checks inbox
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
- Professional phone manner and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and commitment to quality
