This is a Part Time role (Tuesday & Friday) based at our CBD Sydney office.
The Role
As our Recruitment Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with posting job ads across various platforms and manage applications
- Phone screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and records
- Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance checks
- Support the recruitment team with ad hoc tasks when required
About You
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with recruitment software and Microsoft Office e.g. Express, SharePoint, Employment Hero
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A team player with a proactive attitude
