NVIDIA addresses global challenges through innovative advancements in AI, HPC, and Visualization. Join us as a Developer Relations Manager, engaging with diverse developers across Enterprise, Government, Startups, and ISVs. You will report to the APAC Head of Developer Ecosystems, driving GPU Accelerated Computing integration within ANZ startups.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Profound comprehension of AI for Robotics, Gen AI workflows, and LLM advancements, developing ecosystem and partnerships, participating in conferences, establishing a circle of influencers, and monitoring ongoing opportunities.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to solve AI problems that can be accelerated by positioning NVIDIA AI SW and be a catalyst in ideation, prioritisation, and driving adoption.
  • Position NVIDIA tools, libraries, and SDKs or equivalent experience with developers across ANZ to accelerate their AI Development journey.
  • Discover new workflows, identify blockers to adoption, and report back to the product teams.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA partner managers, solution architects, industry business development managers, sales and marketing.
  • Some travel is required. You are empowered to find the best way to get your job done and make our partners successful.

What We Need To See

  • BS or MS or equivalent experience in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science (or similar professional background).
  • More than 10 years of work experience in a technical leadership role and developing GPU accelerated computing solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with Generative AI and LLM ecosystem in the context of startups, ISVs, data repositories, CSP services, and SaaS/platform offerings.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with deep empathy for developers.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills with a proven track record to articulate value propositions to executive and technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to plan, prioritise, and drive forward multiple projects simultaneously, while engaging with internal and external collaborators.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with recent advancements in LLMs, VLMs, Agentic AI and Gen AI.
  • Hands‑on experience with software architecture development, implementation, and programming skills.
  • Enthusiastic about AI and its ongoing expansion, motivated by self‑improvement and dedicated to achieving specific goals.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Experience developing with ML/DL frameworks and AIOps/MLOps ecosystem of partners and solutions in the cloud and on‑prem.
  • Background and empathy for software engineering and application development.
  • Exposure to NVIDIA AI Software (NeMo, Triton, RAPIDS, etc.).
