Overview
Elyptus Digital is a leading global digital agency that creates effective end to end digital journeys with a focus on value creation through the process. Our fast-growing agency is looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to bring their data driven insights to deliver client success.
The Role
You will be working closely with our analytics and market research teams to help optimize digital campaigns and identify key market opportunities. You will be using big data to explore, analyse and evaluate campaign objectives and provide recommendations to improve performance. You will also have the opportunity to learn and work alongside leading data scientists who build advanced analytics such as segmentation, predictive, local area marketing, programmatic and data visualisations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analytics and market research teams to optimize digital campaigns and identify key market opportunities.
- Use big data to explore, analyse, and evaluate campaign objectives and provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Learn and work alongside data scientists building advanced analytics (segmentation, predictive analytics, local area marketing, programmatic, data visualisations).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics or Data Science
- Managing Ad Hoc Digital Analytics campaigns
- Providing digital touchpoint analysis, competency in web traffic reporting & analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, customer & product insights, performance matrix development and analysis, customer lifetime value analysis, behavioural modelling, development of dashboards, automated reports and self-service analytics solutions
- In-depth analysis across all available data sources to identify valuable and actionable consumer insights
- Data modelling, database design & development, data mining and segmentation
- Attribution, tagging and tracking of campaign activities
- Performing regular competitor analysis and providing insights on market activity
- Improving digital analytics functions by assessing existing tools and introducing new tools where needed
- High-level understanding of digital platforms and the social media space
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and the BI stack
